Hailee’s passion for hair started early, inspired by growing up surrounded by strong women and a family culture rooted in doing hair. What began as curiosity quickly turned into a career built on creativity, connection, and trust. She loves meeting new people and believes the best results come from truly listening and forming genuine relationships with her clients.
